Human Resource Management

Apply your leadership and management skills to a career in human resources, and help employees thrive at your organization. In the human resource management degree online specialization, you'll study employee and labor relations, employee training and development, and compensation and benefits management.

Nonprofit Management

Learn to help nonprofits manage their personnel, maximize resources, and fulfill their mission with the nonprofit management degree online specialization. You'll study fundraising, philanthropy, grant writing, and nonprofit development. This track will be available in Fall 2022.

Manufacturing Management

In the manufacturing management degree online specialization, you'll study the daily operations of a manufacturing organization, including scheduling, staff leadership, policies, procedures, and troubleshooting. Course topics give you a foundational knowledge of manufacturing and logistics information systems, applied quality control, and Lean Six Sigma. This track will be available in Fall 2023.

Student Internship Information

  • A completed undergraduate application
  • Transcripts (official, sealed) from all previously attended colleges and universities
  • A resume demonstrating two or more years of work experience, military service, or relevant adult responsibilities
  • A personal statement addressing why you wish to enroll in an online program and a description of how you will structure your life and time to be successful
  • For applicants without an earned associate degree and/or 60 hours of transfer credit: Proof of high school graduation or completed GED
  • For applicants with fewer than 15 hours of transfer credit: an official high school transcript with a GPA of 2.5 and above and ACT/SAT scores
  • ‚ÄčTest-Optional Admission: Applicants with fewer than 15 hours of transfer credit who do not have ACT/SAT scores may choose to be reviewed as test-optional. Admission will be based on your high school academic record.

Students can transfer more than half the credits they need to successfully earn a four-year degree. Aurora University will accept up to 68 credits from a 2 year institution and 90 credits from a 4 year institution.
